Facchi Records Convida @ Boca (Centro) – ‘Facchi Records Convida’ (Facchi Records Invites) is a series of parties dedicated to spreading good music around town!
This first edition has a stellar line-up, with the American duo Birds Of Rhythm from the San Francisco label Lips & Rhythm, plus special guest and label-mate Seb Hall. To kick off the party, American DJ Tee Cardaci will be DJing back-to-back with this night’s organizer, Rodrigo Facchinetti.
This is a free event with a suggested cash donation of R$10, and it should get started at around 11PM.

Carnageralda @ BCo. (Santo Cristo) – Another huge pre-Carnival party for this weekend, Carnageralda promises a sunset samba circle courtesy of Sambotica, plus DJ Tata Ogan will be opening the night.
Following this will be DJ sets courtesy of Rosana Rodini and Carnageralda, plus DJ Galo Preto and the wild and wonderful Bloco 442, who will be taking this party from the night to the next day and beyond.
Tickets are between R$30 – R$50 and the night starts at 6PM.

Bloco Meu Carna é Funk! @ Casa da Matriz (Botafogo) – Casa da Matrix host a special open bar party with the last rehearsal for the bloco Meu Carna é Funk!
There will be an open bar all night featuring artisan chope beer and much more, three bars around the nightclub plus 500ml glasses, karaoke on the second dancefloor, glitter, free ice cream, pole dancing, ping pong, arcade games and much more. DJs for the night at Bruna Strait, Nicole Antunes, and DJ Foxx.
The night gets going at 11PM and tickets are between R$60-R$80.

Winehouse is a wine bar run by a British expat that has brought an eclectic range of wines to Rio including a mix of fabulous national wines and international favorites. There is also a great selection of nibbles and cheese boards. For those that aren’t too keen on wine, there is plenty of beer and cocktail options too. Happy hour begins at 5PM and finishes at 8PM.
