Baile do Saddam Vol.28 @ Fosfobox (Copacabana) – It’s time to clear the calendar for the next couple of days as Fosfobox, one of the most important clubs in the city, is launching a massive celebration of their fifteenth anniversary.

Tonight Fosfobox staple Saddam invites his favorite DJs for special Baile do Saddam (Saddam’s ball), with Pachu, RV, Jimmy Jay, and the man himself spinning the best hip-hop, funk, and R&B. The lucky first fifty revelers get a free Heineken.

Tickets are between R$10-R$30 and things get underway at 11:30PM.

LIVE:
Blues nas Ruínas @ Parque das Ruínas (Santa Teresa) – Live blues at one of Rio’s most pleasant postcard locations; come and enjoy the combined sounds of Caravana Cigana do Blues and special guest Flávio Guimarães.

Parque das Ruínas’ latest spin on the popular Samba das Ruínas series is set in the award-winning ground of a renovated mansion on the hillside neighborhood of Santa Teresa.

Tickets for this event are available from R$20 – R$40. The event begins at 6PM. Space is limited to 300 people.

RARA Fabric Showcase @ Fabrika (Itanhangá) – Every London clubber knows the name Fabric. To celebrate their twentieth anniversary, the British megaclub is doing a world tour. Tonight, they’re dropping in on Rio de Janeiro’s Fabrika.

Resident DJs Ben UFO and Craig Richards are coming all the way from London to deliver a European clubbing experience at this quintessentially carioca open-air venue.
