Céu @ Circo Voador (Lapa) – Come check out a double-feature of some of the best contemporary Brazilian music live at Lapa’s intimate and magical Circo Voador.
Céu makes music inspired in equal parts by Billie Holiday and Seu Jorge; prepare to hear plenty from her latest Latin Grammy Award-winning album ‘Tropix.’ And for those who like their tunes a little more electronic inspired, General Elektriks aka French producer Hervé Salters will also be stopping by.

The famous bloco Agytoê are holding a free open class for those interested in joining their bloco for next year. Bring your dancing shoes, plenty of enthusiasm and that all-important Carnival spirit!

Sambachaça 5 Anos @ Teatro Solar (Botafogo) – Starting with three friends in 2014, Sambachaça has grown into one of the most popular samba troupes in the city.
Pop down to the Teatro Solar Botafogo tonight and witness for yourself this intimate group of friends put on a show celebrating five years of singing the great songs from samba’s storied history.
Tickets start at R$20 and the night will begin at 8PM.
