Wednesday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – It’s time again for the best of Sertaneja (Brazilian country) as the Quarta Sertaneja a Original party returns to Sette Leblon tonight.
Fabiano and Bonatto will perform live on the second floor and there will be Karaokê Universitário (Sertanejo Universitario Karaoke) with Rick Lima the first floor during the night.
Additionally, DJ Paulinho will spin the best of house, hip hop, and funk during the night and promotions will include two-for-one specials on beer until 12AM.

Andreas Trobollowitsch and Felipe Zenicola will perform live tonight at Audio Rebel in Botafogo. Andreas Trobollowitsch is an electroacoustic composer and sound artist who works in Vienna, Austria and Felipe Zenicola is a bassist with the group Chinese Cookies Poets. Tonight Zenicola will present his solo project, Arcanos.

Tonight Rio’s Cave club in Arpoador presents the first of four PUC Invade parties. Every two weeks through February 24th, the venue will host an edition of the party. During each party the PUC Crew, featuring four student DJs, will spin the best of trap, house, funk, and deep house. Tonight the crew, consisting of DJamal, Niko Paes & Kima, Cereja, and The Zeitgeist Project, will welcome special guest, MC TH, currently one of the biggest new names in Funk Carioca.

Casa da Matriz will host a special pool party edition of the Karaokê Indie party tonight. In addition to eight hours of singing on the first floor, there will be a pool and distribution of 200 bags of Biscoito Globlo (both satly and sweet) and 200 drinkolés. Promotions will include two-for-one specials all night on Mate-me (drinks made with ice tea, lemon, and rum).
