Warpaint @ Hub RJ (Santo Cristo) – Los Angeles quartet Warpaint are coming to Rio to play a one-off show after storming the Balaclava Fest in São Paulo on November 4th.
They are touring in support of their third album, ‘Heads Up,’ which was released in 2016. Warpaint will be supported by Goiânia band ‘Carne Doce’ (Sweet Meat) who are also touring their third album, ‘Tônus.’ This should be a great night of live indie music from one of America’s most acclaimed bands of recent times.
The evening gets going at 8:30PM and tickets are R$60 – R$120.

PARTY:
Karaokê @ Coordenadas Bar (Botafogo) – A chance to sing karaoke with a live band in front of one of the liveliest crowds in Rio. This is a real chance to be a rockstar for night, with a repertoire of more than 300 rock ‘n’ roll songs on offer, where you can choose your favorite and sing with your friends.
You can sing solo, as a duo, a trio, or even a quartet, as long as you are having fun! And for the most entertaining singer of the night, a prize of R$150 to spend at the bar until the following week.
Tickets are between R$15 – R$20 and the music begins at 8:30PM.

Samba @ Gafieira (Centro) – Samba has returned to Gafieira. This evening, the bar will be hosting two incredible artists: Silvia Duffrayer – singer and percussionist whose work focusses on research into Afro-Brazilian dances, rhythms and beliefs. Currently she is part of the popular all-female samba group ‘Samba Que Ela Querem.’
Following Duffrayer will be Vinicius Pereira – singer, owner of a powerful voice, and a talent that thrills and impresses. There will also be music from resident acts Afrovibesamba and DJ Bieta Prod. Drink offers include Brahma and Antarctica – two cans for R$15; a bottle of Eisenbahn, Budweiser, or Stella for R$6; and double-strength caipirinhas for R$15.
This free event starts at 7PM.

Flashback (Ipanema)
Flashback is a high-end restaurant with plenty of classical music and photos decorating the walls. Tonight, between 7PM and 9PM the restaurant will serve a happy hour with two for one on caipivodkas and Stella Artois. The caipivodkas are made fresh with either lime, strawberry or passionfruit as well as additional herbs added in for a taste explosion.
