Samba Opinião @ Arco do Teles (Centro) – This Wednesday evening its the 6th Edition of Samba Opinião at the famous Arco do Teles.
Every Wednesday the Samba Opinião plays from a fine and abundant repertoire of the great masters of samba.
Expect plenty of Clara Nunes, Dona Ivone Lara, Ismael Silva, Paulo Cesar Pinheiro, João Nogueira, Roque Ferreira, Zeca Pagodinho, Martinho da Vila, Paulinho da Viola, Backyard Fund, Almir Guineto, Toninho Geraes and many others.
In the intervals, DJ Storm will be dropping the beats.
Also, Samba Opinião will be broadcasting the Brasileirão for any football fans out there.
The evening starts at around 7PM and is free.

Rancho do Bonatto @ Woods (Leblon) – The showman Bruno Bonatto promises to make Wood’s a real ranch with his unique brand of sertanejo (Brazilian country music)
This promises to be an intimate show, with Bonatto in the middle of the dancefloor, face to face with the crowd.
The promotion of the night is two-for-one on Budweiser and double measures of Gin & Tonic from 9:30PM-11:30PM.
Tickets are between R$30-R$50 and the night gets going at 9PM.

Orquestra de Sopros Pro Arte @ Sala Cecília Meireles (Lapa) – The ‘Orquestra de Sopros Pro Arte’ (Pro Arte Woodwind Orchestra) are teaming up with the harmonica player Gabriel Grossi once again to explore the work of maestro Tom Jobim.
This should be a great evening for those who love bossa nova, jazz, and fresh interpretations of old classics.
Tickets are between R$20-R$40 and the performance begins at 8PM.

Flashback (Ipanema)
Flashback is a high-end restaurant with plenty of classical music and photos decorating the walls. Tonight, between 7PM and 9PM the restaurant will serve a happy hour with two for one on caipivodkas and Stella Artois. The caipivodkas are made fresh with either lime, strawberry or passionfruit as well as additional herbs added in for a taste explosion.
