Wednesday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Tonight it's time to dance yourself into shape as O Club Workout (the Workout Club) returns to Rio's Cave club in Arpoador.
Returning for its third edition tonight, the Workout Club originated in NYC and arrived in Rio following the success of classes held in São Paulo.
The one hour classes are taught by instructors who studied in NYC and the workout routines are inspired by the choreography of the pop divas.
