Biden’s advisor to visit Ecuador for economic plan to counter China

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Deputy National Security Advisor to U.S. President Joe Biden Daleep Singh on Monday (27) is starting a tour of Colombia, Ecuador and Panama to begin shaping a major infrastructure plan with which the U.S. aims to counter China's advance.

Singh landed in Colombia on Sunday on a trip that will run through Thursday, during which he will meet with Colombian President Iván Duque and Ecuadorian President Guillermo Lasso, as well as with several Panamanian Ministers and representatives of different sectors of the three countries.
