Bolsonaro on Environmental NGOs: ‘I Can’t Kill This Cancer’

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Criticized for his administration's environmental policy, President Jair Bolsonaro named Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) working in the area as a "cancer".
