RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro on Thursday (29) implied that the president of the Supreme Electoral Court (TSE) Luis Roberto Barroso refuses to change the electronic voting system because he intends to favor Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva in next year's presidential elections.
In a live broadcast on his social networks, the conservative leader again questioned the reliability of Brazil's electronic voting system.
