RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - After former Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva accused Bolsonaro on Sunday of "genocide", the incumbent president retaliated by speaking to supporters outside the Alvorada Palace.
He warned of the ease with which fraud is possible with electronic ballot boxes and said that Lula da Silva - whom he referred to only as "nine-fingers" - will return to the presidency "only with fraud"
