RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Ipsos released a new survey that found that Colombia leads with the highest entrepreneurial spirit index among 28 countries surveyed.
According to the survey conducted with 1,500 respondents, Colombia is at the top of the list in terms of business creation: out of necessity or personal interest.
Colombia is followed by South Africa and Peru. Ranked at the bottom are Belgium, Great Britain, France, the Netherlands, South Korea and Japan.
