RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - An 11-year-old girl was raped by four boys, two 13 and two 12 year olds, in the Northern Region of Belo Horizonte, capital of Minas Gerais state. The child's parents went to the police after receiving the crime video by Whatsapp, according to the State Police.
