RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Operation Mão Dupla (Two-way) was started yesterday, July 10th, by the Federal Police, to investigate the embezzlement of public funds, through overbilling in maintenance and conservation contracts for the BR-364 highway, in Rondônia State.
