Honduran First Lady leads delegation to Mexico’s southern border

Honduran First Lady Ana Garcia on Wednesday will lead a delegation visiting the southern border of Mexico to examine protection measures to guarantee human rights of migrants from her country who cross that nation with the goal of reaching the United States.

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The Honduran Presidential House on Tuesday (7) announced in a statement that the Migrant Assistance Task Force delegation will visit Mexican southern border to "ensure that the protocols established" between the two countries are being met and that "dignified attention" is provided to Hondurans who try to cross the region in their attempt to reach the United States.
