RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Candidate Andres Arauz valued the results offered by two pollsters that pointed to a technical tie in the elections in Ecuador and assured that "when the official results arrive there will be no such margin of error."
In a statement before his supporters gathered at the headquarters of his alliance, Union For Hope (UNES), in Quito, he said that "they will be official results and not a statistical calculation."
