Bolsonaro Confirms Increased Validity of National Driver’s License

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - President Jair Bolsonaro said that he would soon submit a provisional measure to Congress to extend the period of validity of the National Driver's License from five to ten years.

In an interview to SBT's Silvio Santos show on May 5th, he defended the increase on the tolerated threshold of points in a drivers license and the removal of radars from federal highways.
