New Keanu Reeves Series will Shoot Scenes in São Paulo State

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – Hollywood star Keanu Reeves, immortalized in the role of Neo in Matrix, added the city of Santos in São Paulo to the list of locations for his new series.

Filming will take place between July and August. The series is to be released next year.

According to the Municipality of Santos, filming locations will mainly occur in the port area of the city. São Paulo, as well as its coastline, will also accommodate the actor’s team, which intends to film iconic spots of the capital. Earlier this month, Governor João Doria published photos of his meeting with the actor at Palácio dos Bandeirantes.

There is no information in regard to the series under production. Apart from Brazil, there will be filming in the United States, Nairobi, Hungary and Germany.
