SÃO PAULO, BRAZIL - An urgent project is being processed by the Legislative Assembly of São Paulo (Alesp) and, should it become a law, it would reduce the enforcement of road traffic tickets and grant amnesty for penalties within the State.
The text has just been approved in a committee and can be debated in plenary in a few weeks.
Bill 460 of 2018 requires that fixed or mobile radars be signaled with plates at least 200 meters before the equipment is placed.
In the case of monitoring campaigns, these should be widely disclosed . . .
