Bolsonarists Block Access to Hospitals, Call for End to Quarantine in São Paulo

The USP Clínicas Hospital and the Emílio Ribas Institute were affected by the action of President Jair Bolsonaro's supporters.

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The motorcade promoted by Bolsonarists against the governor of São Paulo, João Doria, decided on a honking parade. then stopped traffic right outside the Clínicas Hospital (HC) of the Medical School of USP (University of São Paulo), in the capital city.

Videos published by the President's supporters show people getting out of their cars and making great noise as they walk past the blocks of Rebouças Avenue that comprise the Hospital's buildings. The Emílio Ribas Infectology Institute is located in the same area.
