RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Five people were killed in a traffic accident between a bus and a motorcycle at kilometer 129 on Pericles Belini Highway, near Votuporanga, interior of São Paulo state.
The collision occurred at dawn on Sunday, December 1st.
Two of the dead were on the motorcycle and the others were passengers on the bus. The identities of the victims have not been confirmed by the Fire Department.
Another 34 people on the bus were injured and were rushed to hospitals in the region by the government's ambulance service SAMU.
