SÃO PAULO, BRAZIL - Adopted on working days, the system of rotating cars and trucks in the capital city of São Paulo came into effect again yesterday morning, January 13th. As established by the Traffic Engineering Company (CET), in the Peak Time Operation, vehicles are prohibited from traveling one day of the week, from 7 AM to 10 AM and from 5 PM to 8 PM.
