Number of Murders in São Paulo Drops 9.38 Percent in August

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The number of victims has decreased by 9.87 percent, resulting in 23 lives being spared, according to a monthly balance released yesterday, September 25th, by the São Paulo State Secretariat of Public Safety.
