RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - On October 23rd, from 3 PM, the J. Safra Bank will hold an online auction of vacant properties for amounts up to 60 percent below the appraised valuation price. In total there are 11 residential properties, eight of them in the capital of São Paulo, two in the interior of São Paulo and another outside the state. The event will be conducted by Mega Auctions, on the company's official website.
The São Paulo properties are located in the city's districts of Barra Funda, Tatuapé, Morumbi and Santa Efigênia.
