São Paulo to allow social events as of August 17; corporate fairs and museums are included

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - On Wednesday, August 4, the São Paulo state government announced the end of restrictions on social events starting August 17. Among these social events are congresses, conventions, museum exhibitions, and corporate fairs.

The events will function without testing or maximum audience capacity, as long as they continue to follow protocols such as the use of masks, minimum distance of one meter between people, and hygiene.

Even so, some events are still not allowed: those with a standing audience, fans, and dance floors. For example, this would be the case of sporting events with an audience . . .
