RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – ANATEL released the Satisfaction and Perceived Quality Survey of telecommunication services consumers for the year 2019, and the regional landline broadband providers led the ranking: Unifique, Copel, Brisanet, Sercomtel and Algar achieved better positions than major companies like Claro (NET), Vivo and Oi.

The grades range from 0 to 10, and were achieved through a survey conducted by ‘IBOPE Inteligência’. Respondents answered more than 20 questions by phone regarding the quality of services. All the results are available on ANATEL’s data platform. There, filtering grades by state is possible in order to determine the best operator in each region.
