Brazil has the Most Expensive iPhone in the World, Says Study

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Brazil has the most expensive iPhone in the world, according to a survey conducted by German banking giant Deutsche Bank.

According to the study, the iPhone XS costs 58 percent more in Brazil than in the United States. With the conversion of the dollar and the inclusion of interest rates, the difference can be 64 percent.

Still, in Brazil, the smartphone costs, on average, US$2,050 (R$8,200). In the U.S., the device can be purchased for US$1,300.
