RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - This year has it all to hit records in the Brazilian innovation ecosystem. Between January and May alone, startups raised US$3.2 billion in investments, which represents 90% of what was invested through all of 2020. Also in this period, 91 mergers and acquisitions were registered - another proof of the maturing business environment.
