Cannabis accelerator wants startups watching Uruguay, which legislates outside the box

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Uruguay is at the forefront in legislating outside the conservatism box, a pioneer from legalizing abortion to legalizing marijuana for medicinal and recreational purposes since 2013, despite some setbacks in the full development of the local market.

The Green Hub accelerator - which has just extended its 3rd call for startups' applications to July 18 - has partnered with Uruguayan incubator Ingenio.
