Multilaser’s New Smartphone Features Premium Mid-range Hardware
RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – Multilaser launched on Monday, November 25th, a mobile phone named H. The new smartphone features premium mid-range hardware, with a Snapdragon 710 octa-core processor, 6 GB of RAM, 128 GB of expandable storage and a triple rear camera, but bets on a lower price range: it will sell at Brazilian stores for R$1,399 (US$350).

The Multilaser H is part of a “letters” sequence that the company launched in recent months: Multilaser E, Multilaser F, and Multilaser G cell phones cost between R$339 and R$799, all with very simple specifications, with up to 2 GB of RAM and chips of unspecified models. Therefore, H is the “top of the line” of the manufacturer, even above the Multilaser MS80X, which came with Snapdragon 450.
The Multilaser H’s rear camera is triple, with 16, 8, and 5-megapixel sensors for taking pictures with a wider range of view and background blur. The front camera can capture 16-megapixel selfies, while the camera app has an optional beautifying effect.
The 4,000 mAh battery pack supports the 15-watt quick charger included in the case.
The design is reminiscent of the Moto G8 line, with the cameras and flash arranged vertically, a fingerprint reader centered on the back and a teardrop-shaped notch on the 6.3-inch screen with an IPS LCD panel and Full HD resolution. Incidentally, with a sales price R$300 lower than that of the Moto G8 Plus, but superior specifications, the H can be a strong competition in the segment.
The Multilaser H will be sold for R$1,399 in retail and in the brand’s new physical store, inaugurated on Monday, November 25th, at Shopping Pátio Paulista, in São Paulo, which also sells items in the company’s portfolio, such as electric toothbrushes, helmets for cyclists and modeling plates.
