One of India’s largest unicorns lands in Brazil targeting basic education

BYJU's comprises 100 million students in countries like the United States, India and Mexico. The Indian startup expects Brazil to become its 2nd largest market.

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Several edtechs are targeting the Brazilian private education market: there are over 550 Brazilian startups working with education, according to a study by Distrito innovation company.

Early childhood education is the segment with the fewest startups in operation and receives the least investment. This is precisely the target of one of India's most valuable startups.
