RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - TIM has completed the implementation of the 4G network in all municipalities in Paraná and Santa Catarina: the last activations were made in Bom Sucesso do Sul and Monte Castelo, which now have higher speed internet on their cell phones. Vivo, Claro and Oi still do not provide full 4G coverage in these states.
