Argentina Limits Flights With Brazil, U.S., Europe, Mexico due to COVID-19

RIO DE JANEIRO BRAZIL - Argentina has ordered restrictions on the frequency of flights to and from Brazil, the United States, Europe and Mexico due to the epidemiological situation caused by COVID-19, according to information released on Wednesday, January 2th, by the state news agency Telam.

The measure, adopted by the National Civil Aviation Administration, reduces flight connections with the United States, Europe and Mexico by 30 percent of current services, and 50 percent for Brazil.

The measure goes into effect on Wednesday, although its actual implementation will begin on February 1st, according to Telam.
