It is with great sadness that we have to inform you that Ian MacGregor, a long time resident of Rio and Teresópolis and member of the BCS, passed away in the São José Hospital in the city of Teresopolis last Thursday, July 28, 2011, after medical complications due to surgery. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth, his sons Douglas, Guy, Roddy and daughter Fiona (Alexandra Kim) and seven grandchildren. His body was cremated in the city of Nova Friburgo on Friday, July 29th.
